Contact Form (Formspree)
When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name (optional), area of interest, and message. This data is processed by Formspree, Inc. (USA) and forwarded to our email inbox hosted on Google Workspace. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures at your request).
Retention: Inquiry data is deleted within 6 months of the final response unless a business relationship is established.
Third-party processor: Formspree, Inc. (USA), operating under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). See the Formspree Privacy Policy.
Email & Business Communication (Google Workspace)
We use Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) for email and business communication. When you contact us by email or via the contact form, your message and associated data (name, email address, message content) are stored and processed within Google Workspace.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient business communication).
Retention: Emails are retained for the duration of the business relationship. Business correspondence is subject to statutory retention periods of up to 10 years under German commercial and tax law (§ 257 HGB, § 147 AO) and will be deleted after the applicable retention period expires.
Third-party processor: Google Ireland Limited (EU), with data processing under the Google Cloud Data Processing Addendum. See the Google Privacy Policy.
Hosting, Content Delivery & Security (Cloudflare Pages)
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and uses Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) for hosting, content delivery, performance optimization, and security. Cloudflare may collect technical data such as IP addresses, browser information, and access logs. Cloudflare may also set a technical cookie (__cf_bm) for bot management purposes.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and efficient website delivery).
Retention: Server logs are retained by Cloudflare for up to 72 hours.
Third-party processor: Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), operating under SCCs and certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
External Resources
This website self-hosts all fonts, icons, badge images, and QR codes. No third-party CDNs are loaded for static assets, and no visitor data is transmitted to external providers for page rendering.
Cookies
This website does not set any first-party cookies. Cloudflare may set a technical cookie (__cf_bm) for bot management purposes. No cookies are used for analytics or advertising purposes.
International Data Transfers
Some of the third-party services listed above are based in the United States. Data transfers to the US are safeguarded through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework in accordance with Article 46 GDPR.
Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
